(a) Getting all the necessary sanctions/approvals from various authorities      like the BDA (Plan sanction,CC,OC),the      BMRDA,BBMP,BMICP,BIAPPA,BMICE,BESCOM,BWSSB,MOEF,REVENUE,
     SURVEY,KIADB, KSPCB, Lake Development Authority , Ground Water      Authority, Fireforces,AAI, Forest Dept and BSNL.
(b) Day to day basis coordination with the concerned offices.
(c) Coordinating with Architects in planning, Designing the projects as per      the Bye laws of sanctioning authority.
(d) Ensuring the smooth operation of the Pre-Projects.
